The Prestan Professional Adult Series 2000 Jaw Thrust Manikin with Advanced CPR Feedback, Single Unit is a new and improved manikin designed to resemble an adult.

Features:

• Allows the instructor to teach either the jaw thrust maneuver or the head-tilt/chin-lift (jaw thrust maneuver is the preferred airway technique for suspected head, neck, or spinal injuries, as it opens the airway with minimal neck movement)
• Maintains a realistic look and feel to the eye and touch
• Provides advanced feedback, including rate, depth, recoil, ventilation, and hands-off time via Bluetooth®-enabled PRESTAN CPR Feedback app, available on both Apple and Android devices
• Redesigned Prestan CPR Feedback App – This app allows instructors to provide comprehensive CPR training while monitoring CPR performance for up to six (6) students at a time. It is also equipped with a reporting feature that allows for CPR training results to be downloaded directly from the app. This application also provides the following:

Please note: All PRESTAN Professional Manikins are available with a revolutionary CPR Rate Monitor that allows for instant feedback to both instructors and students. In combination with PRESTAN’s traditional CPR feedback light system, the Series 2000 manikin offers a unique, dual-purpose training solution, providing instructors with an option to train with either advanced or basic feedback. The visual feedback from the CPR Rate Monitor gives students a real-life feel of delivering 100-120 compressions per minute. Lights continually signal rate progression, confirming compressions are within the 100-120 cpm range recommended by the industry guidelines. The yellow light will blink if the 120 cpm upper limit is exceeded, warning students to slow down. Students will also hear a clicker sound as the chest is pushed to the appropriate depth of 2.0-2.4 inches, allowing them to experience the true force needed to deliver real-life chest compressions. Instructors can monitor several students quickly and easily.

The CPR Rate Monitor (Rate Monitor, CPR Monitor, Monitor) is a patented feedback feature for Prestan Professional Manikins that consists of an LED light bank that responds to compressions (see the section in the User Manual). The CPR Rate Monitor (requires two (2) AA batteries; not included) is pre-installed in the left shoulder of the Adult manikin.
